CONSULAR FEES
Consular fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. All fees are payable through the BRITISH EMBASSY JAKARTA, including for appointments booked and attended in BALI.
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please schedule your appointment 1 week in advance to ensure availability of your preferred date. You may set an appointment as early as 24 hours before your visit. However, this depends on the availability of our schedule.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
You will be required to pass through security upon arrival at the embassy gate. You should expect your belongings to be thoroughly checked. You will be asked to deposit your mobile phone and other belongings at the gate. Please do not bring laptop computers or other electronic devices.
Please aim to arrive at least thirty (30) minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time. You may be seen longer than the indicated 30-minute time slot, as we will need to verify all your documents and/or conduct a short interview with you.

DATA PROTECTION
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office holds and uses data for purposes notified to the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act 1998 (which may be viewed on the Information Commissioner's Office website - www.ico.gov.uk). Such personal data may be disclosed to other UK Government Departments and public authorities.
